Ebbs and Flows Healing is a whole mind, body, person therapy practice focusing on individuals, groups, and families. We focus on thinking and healing outside the box to fit each individual person and family's unique needs.

We primarily focus on individuals diagnosed with Autism/ADHD/neurodivergences, severe mental illnesses, complex trauma, and parents/caregivers of such impacted individuals.

We currently take Aetna, Cigna, CareFirst/BlueCrossBlueShield, UnitedHealth, and Maryland Medicaid. Out-of-network costs are determined by the type of service.
For self-paying clients, we accept all major credit cards and HSA.
