Jennah Kuhn, M.A., LCPC, LPC, CAS, NCC (She/Her) - Board Approved Supervisor
I specialize in working with a diverse range of clients, including at-risk youth and their families, individuals with intellectual disabilities, and people of all ages facing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, ADHD, emotion regulation issues, chronic illness, autism, and trauma. My approach is tailored to your unique circumstances, employing an eclectic mix of therapeutic techniques such as Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy. This personalized strategy ensures we find the most effective methods to address your specific needs and challenges.
My goal as a therapist is to support and empower you in making meaningful changes that improve your well-being and happiness. Together, we will work through the challenges and turning points life presents, giving you the guidance and space you need to navigate difficult choices. I am dedicated to fostering a compassionate, safe, and judgment-free environment where you feel genuinely heard and valued.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University in Pennsylvania. Early in my career, I had the opportunity to work with at-risk youth, families, and children and teens navigating a wide range of mental health concerns. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to gain experience in diverse settings, including in-home therapy and private practice. Outside of my work as a therapist, you can find me reading a good book, spending time in nature, or hanging out with my family and friends.
