Therapy is held one-on-one, styled in a flowing routine flexible for your individual needs. Your first session will be an intake to learn more about you, determine your goals, and your likes/dislikes for therapy. We use an integrative orientation that combines behavioral, humanistic, person-centered, and trauma-informed approaches to therapy.

Therapy is held virtually in a group educational mental health style. Currently held groups are listed below with a brief discription.
+ Autism 101 for Parents- Weekly on Mondays for 1 hour, held for 10 weeks. Each week focuses on an aspect of ASD symptoms, parenting coping skills, and common stressor themes that parents of children with Autism report. NEXT START January, $10 per session per person.
+ Autism Parent Support Group- an open support group to parents after they take the education group. Each week will focus on open sharing topics and a weekly coping skill for parents to take away. STARTS TBD (Around end of January)

Coaching sessions are one hour long and conducted virtually with one or both parents/care providers. This service is not therapy but coaching to support you as the care provider in navigating the lifestyle demands of your child's interventions and improving your administration of the child's treatment plans. Coachings will review the child's current behaviors, your engagement, your future goals, how to achieve those goals, and coping skills to survive parenting.

Rachel is a certified meditation and Reiki practitioner. Experiences are virtually held. We will discuss your full mind, body, spirit connection, and healing goal. Each experience is tailored to you with the open for sound or silence.
