Individual Telehealth Therapy

Therapy is held virtually one-on-one styled in a flowing routine flexible for your invidiual needs. Your first session will be an intake to determine your goals and preference oritentations. Rachel uses an integrative orientation combining behavioral, humanistic, person-centered, and trauma approaches to therapy.

Group Therapy

Therapy is held virtually in a group educational mental health style. Currently held groups are listed below with a brief discription.
+ Autism 101 for Parents- Weekly on Sundays for 1 hour held for 10 weeks. Each week focuses on a type of Autism education, parenting coping skills, and common stressor theme parents of children with Autism report. STARTS February 9, $10 per session per person. + Autism Parent Support Group- an open support group to parents after they take the education group. Each week will focus on open sharing topics and a weekly coping skill for parents to take away. STARTS TBD (Around End of April)
+ Autism 101 for Supporting Family- Each week focuses on a type of Autism education, family coping skill integration, and common stressor theme for support family memebers of children with Autism report. STARTS TBD (around April)

Parent Coaching Sessions

Coaching sessions are one hour long and conducted virtually with one or both parents/care providers. This service is not therapy but coaching to support you as the care provider in navigating the lifestyle demands of your child's interventions and improving your administration of the child's treatment plans. Coachings will review the child's current behaviors, your engagement, your future goals, how to achieve those goals, and coping skills to survive parenting.

Additional Services

Rachel is a certified meditation and Reiki practitioner. Experiences are virtually held. We will discuss your full mind, body, spirit connection, and healing goal. Each experience is tailored to you with the open for sound or silence.
