Rachel Baldwin M.S., M.A., LCPC, CTP (She/They)
Ebbs and Flows Healing is owned by Rachel Baldwin.She obtained her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from McDaniel College and her Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Stevenson University. She has worked with preschool children to geriatric adults with special needs and severe mental health diagnoses, as well as parents or support caregivers of such individuals, since 2019.
